Abstract
Vinova loza (Vitis vinifera) ostvaruje simbiotski odnos s arbuskularnim mikoriznim gljivama iz roda Glomales, fizološka važnost te simbioze za rast i razvoj vinove loze pokazana je u brojnim studijama iz kojih je razvidan učinak simbioze na povećan unos fosfata i ostalih mineralnih tvari u biljku. Također, važnost takvog odnosa odražava se i u većoj otpornosti i boljem odgovoru biljke na uvjete suše, što je prvenstveno vezano uz već spomenuti povećan unos mineralnih tvari. Navedeno se odvija preko dobro razgranate micelarne mreže u tlu, koja ima iznimne apsorbcijske mogućnosti za iskorištavanje vode i hranjivih tvari tla potrebnih za normalan rast i razvoj biljke. Vinova loza je jedna od najvažnijih poljoprivrednih kultura današnjice, samim tim razumijevanje i produbljivanje znanja o povezanosti rasta i razvoja te kulture s mikoriznim gljivama od iznimne je važnosti za njenu uspješnu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju.

Parallel abstract (English)
Grape vine (Vitis vinifera) achieves a symbiotic relationship with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi of the genus Glomales. Physiological significance of this symbiosis for the growth and development of the vine has been demonstrated by numerous studies, which clearly show the effect of the symbiosis of the increased uptake of phosphates and other minerals in the plant. Also, the importance of such a relationship for the plant is also reflected in higher resistance and better response to drought conditions, which is primarily related to the aforementioned increased minerals uptake. This shall be carried out through a well-branched mycelial network in the soil, having an exceptional absorbtion capabilities for usage of water and soil nutrients essential for normal growth and development of plants. The vine is one of the most important agricultural crops today, so better understanding and deepening of knowledge about the connection between growth and development of that plant with mycorrhizal fungi is of great importance for its successful agricultural production.
